It is a reliable and heavy duty automatic packaging line for handling bulk granule products, salt, sugar, rice, seeds, pet foods, fertilizers. The product is conveyed to the weighing container by its own weight, the main feed and fine feed can be adjusted using a cut-off gate with a variable opening that, depending on production capacity, it’s driven pneumatically.
Packing Machine Structure & Working Process
The materials will through the feeding parts(connect hopper) into the gravity feeder then into the weighing hopper,
the weighing hopper installation 3pcs load cell to weighing, manual giving the bag to the packing machine bag clamp
device and touch the sensor, the bag will automatic clamped, the finished weighing materials discharge into the bag,
bag release and on conveyor to the sewing machine for bag closed by thread stitching.
Functionality
- Individual bag pick-up and opening
- Empty bag (with or without gusset) transfer to filling mouth
- Bag hermetic fastening on filling mouth
- Bag filling (product discharge from scale or dozer) and vibrating
- Closing system: Thermo-sealing and/or multiple sewing, fold and glued etc.
Bag Types
Pre-made open mouth bag with gussets, standard pillow bag or block/cross bottom bag, with or without handle.
